On Twitter you can make lists and follow them…I never have but I’m on 5 lists including ‘Youth Ministry’ and ‘Youth Workers’ which is always nice to be on but my favourite list that I’ve been included on comes from Mark Tuma

There’s been lots of new things on the internet in the last few years and each time I’ve thought ‘That’s a good idea’. Facebook is great for keeping in touch with people, MySpace was good for that in a more fun kind of way and even Bebo served some purpose.
However Twitter isn’t an idea I’ve looked at and thought ‘What a good idea’, actually I’ve thought the opposite, twitter doesn’t really have a massive purpose, it’s like a Facebook status without Facebook.
It is however, for some reason completely beyond me fun and slightly addictive. I have twitter and I twit (should that be ‘I am a’?) and the only reason I’ve found a purpose on it is that it can fit nicely into the side of my blog (see right!). I think I like twitter because it’s quirky, it’s quick to update and with a text service you can twitter from anywhere!
So in conclusion of this pointless blog, I twitter, I don’t think twitter is essentially a ‘good’ idea but for some reason it works!
